At Udaan eBike we want you to be happy with your electric vehicle. Because EVs are high‑value, registrable products, our return rules are different from those of small everyday items. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Check at the Time of Delivery
For every Cash‑on‑Delivery order we strongly recommend you inspect the vehicle/accessory at delivery. Check for visible transit damage, correct model/colour, charger and documents before making payment. If something is clearly wrong, you may refuse the delivery.
2. Damaged or Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@udaanebike.com with photos/video and your order number.
- After verification we will arrange a free repair, replacement of the part, or full replacement of the unit, as appropriate.
3. What Cannot Be Returned
- Vehicles that have been registered with the RTO, used, or ridden beyond a basic test.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, water damage, unauthorised repair or modification.
- Consumables and fitted accessories (helmets, installed batteries, tyres) once used.
- Normal battery capacity reduction over time (covered instead under manufacturer warranty).
4. Manufacturer Warranty
Most defects after delivery are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically on battery and motor). We will help you raise and track warranty claims. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and stated on the product page.
5. Refunds
Where a return/refund is approved, the amount paid is refunded to your original payment method or by bank transfer (for COD orders) within 7–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched at no cost. If a booking/token advance was paid, it is refundable as per the terms agreed at booking.
