Ordering & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Most of our products are available on COD — you pay at the time of delivery. For high‑value vehicles we may request a small refundable booking advance to arrange transport.

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, add it to the cart and check out with your delivery details. Our team will then call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Accessories take about 3–7 working days, electric cycles 5–10 days, and electric scooters/bikes 7–15 days as they ship via specialised transport. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to most serviceable pincodes in India. We confirm serviceability when we verify your order.

Vehicles, Registration & Licence

Do I need a licence or RTO registration?

Low‑speed electric cycles (up to 250W / 25 km/h) usually need no registration or licence. Higher‑speed electric scooters and bikes may require RTO registration, a number plate, insurance and a valid licence. We guide you on the documents needed.

What about government subsidies?

Subsidies under FAME and various state EV policies change often. We’ll share current applicable benefits where relevant, but please verify with official sources.

Battery, Range & Charging

What range will I actually get?

Advertised range is a manufacturer estimate under ideal conditions. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed, load and battery age.

How do I charge it?

Use only the charger supplied with the vehicle and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. A typical full charge takes a few hours depending on the model.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a warranty?

Yes — products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (usually on battery and motor) as shown on the product page. We help you raise and track claims.

Can I return a vehicle?

Damaged, defective or wrong items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Registered or used vehicles cannot be returned. Please read our Return Policy.
