1. About Us
Udaan eBike is an online store selling electric scooters, electric bikes, electric cycles and related accessories across India, primarily on a Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) basis.
2. Products & Pricing
- We try to describe and price every product as accurately as possible. Images are for representation; actual colour or features may vary slightly.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price shown at the time of order confirmation applies.
- Specifications such as range, top speed and charging time are manufacturer estimates and can vary with rider weight, terrain, load and battery condition.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch.
- For COD orders, payment is made in full at the time of delivery, unless a booking/token advance is specifically agreed for a high‑value vehicle.
- We reserve the right to verify, accept or decline any order (for example, in case of wrong details, suspected fraud, or unserviceable pincode).
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your location and product availability. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Vehicle Registration & Use
- Low‑speed electric cycles (motor up to 250W, assisted speed up to 25 km/h) generally do not require RTO registration or a driving licence in India.
- Higher‑speed electric scooters and bikes may require registration, number plate, insurance and a valid licence as per the Motor Vehicles Act and local RTO rules. The buyer is responsible for completing registration and following all traffic and safety laws.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (commonly on battery and motor) as stated on the product page. Warranty terms, claims and exclusions are governed by the manufacturer.
7. Returns
Returns are handled as described in our Return Policy. Registered vehicles and used items are generally not returnable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, logo, graphics and layout — belongs to Udaan eBike or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Udaan eBike is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Always ride responsibly and wear a helmet.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.
