This Shipping Policy explains how Udaan eBike delivers electric scooters, e‑bikes, e‑cycles and accessories across India.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India. Some remote locations may have limited service or may require pickup from the nearest hub. We confirm serviceability when we verify your order.
2. Delivery Time
- Accessories & spare parts: usually 3–7 working days.
- Electric cycles: usually 5–10 working days.
- Electric scooters & bikes: usually 7–15 working days, as these are large vehicles shipped through specialised transport.
Timelines are estimates and can vary with location, stock, weather and transport schedules.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on the product and your location. Many orders qualify for free or subsidised delivery — this is confirmed at the time of order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders you pay at the time of delivery. For high‑value vehicles, we may request a small refundable booking/token advance to schedule transport; this is always agreed with you in advance.
5. Delivery & Handover
- Our delivery partner or team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery slot.
- Please inspect the vehicle at handover for transit damage, correct model/colour, charger and documents.
- Keep your order ID and a valid photo ID ready at delivery.
6. Registration & Setup
Where a vehicle requires RTO registration, we will guide you on the documents needed. Basic setup/handover instructions are provided with the vehicle.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (transport strikes, natural events, incorrect address, etc.), but we will always keep you informed.
